Shipping Policy

Sandi Toes ships Australia-wide from our base on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We aim to provide fast, affordable and reliable delivery for families across Australia.

1. Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (Australia-wide)
Flat rate: $9.95

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
Flat rate: $15.00

Shipping prices are based on current Australia Post rates. If Australia Post updates its pricing, our shipping rates may change accordingly.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to peak periods, weather events, public holidays, or other postal delays outside our control.

2. Dispatch Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy retail periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday and other major promotions), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Orders made on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can follow your delivery through the Australia Post tracking system.

4. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please email us at sales@sanditoes.com.au and we will assist immediately.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery speed and transit times are outside our control.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to update the address.

6. Authority to Leave

Some Australia Post deliveries may be left in a safe location if no one is home (“Authority to Leave”). If you prefer your parcel not be left unattended, please include this request in the order notes at checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If Australia Post marks a delivery as “Delivered”, we are not responsible for parcels that go missing afterwards. Please choose a secure delivery location whenever possible.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Sandi Toes ships within Australia only.
